Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Amp Science is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Amp Science is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us at ashton@ampscience.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at ashton@ampscience.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
